Position Overview:

Sweve Tech Limited is seeking a motivated Electronics Technician who can work effectively in a remote capacity, while also traveling to company location, client sites, and vendor facilities as needed. This role is critical in providing installation assistance, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and calibration services. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation Assistance:

- Support the installation of electronic systems and equipment at, office, clients and vendors locations.

- Assist senior engineers during setup and commissioning of Sweve Tech systems.

2. Troubleshooting and Maintenance Support:

- Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic equipment both remotely and onsite.

- Provide timely maintenance support to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

- Respond to customer inquiries for technical assistance, offering clear and accurate solutions.

3. Calibration Services:

- Perform calibration of electronic systems and devices to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Maintain records of all calibration activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

4. Documentation:

- Create and update service reports, technical manuals, and maintenance logs.

- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

- Maintain accurate records of all service and installation activities.

5. Travel and Remote Work:

- Work remotely with occasional travel to client sites, vendor facilities, and company locations as needed.

- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule service visits and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- An associate degree or technical certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field is a plus.

- Experience:

- Previous experience in electronics, such as internships, vocational training, or hands-on work, is preferred but not required.

- On-the-job training will be provided to candidates willing to learn and grow in the field.

- Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of electronic systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Familiarity with calibration procedures and maintenance practices is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Other Requirements:

- Flexibility to travel as needed, including potential overnight stays.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for site visits.
