Alexander Properties Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Live Oaks at 275 Apartments, (222 units) in Tallahassee, FL. The Assistant Property Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, reporting, leasing, customer service, and renewals. Candidate must be energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and a service oriented leader.

Responsibilities/Requirements include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Show apartments, explain models and pricing, close the sale, and process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collect rents & post in AMSI system, lead collection efforts to maximize income
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including organizing and creating resident functions, newsletters and events
  • Ensure leasing office, tour path, model and vacant apartments, amenities, and general curb appeal of community is clean and presentable
  • Assist the Property Manager with compiling reports
  • Oversee active marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, and prepare market surveys
  • Lead others and work as a team
  • 2 years leasing experience preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • AMSI experience beneficial
