Job Description: As an Automotive Sales Assistant at Campus Ford, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will assist in various aspects of the sales process, from greeting customers and answering inquiries to coordinating test drives and processing paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule and coordinate test drives for prospective buyers
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles for sale
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing paperwork and updating inventory
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Stay informed about new and existing inventory, promotions, and industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive buying experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
