Contract Compliance Manager

Atlanta, GA

The Compliance & Data Analyst Manager will provide oversight to the Playfly Aspire contract operations and serve as liaison to all Playfly Aspire properties (Fan Relationship Management Centers). The role will understand the negotiated terms of each Aspire contract and will be the primary communicator with each property on the monthly invoicing calculations, payroll backup reports, tracking & billing of sales incentive bonuses, and overall compliance for all Aspire contracts.

Responsibilities (aka Essential Functions)

  • Perform monthly invoicing, payroll backup reports; tracking and billing of sales incentives bonuses for all Aspire contracts.
  • Provides insight in the administration, and compliance Aspire’s FRMCs contract.
  • Collaborating on the creation and submission of tenders.
  • Scrutinizing tender documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with internal staff to develop policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
  • Own the weekly sales reporting of each FRMC – including the development/data streaming/maintenance/delivery of the client-facing Performance Analytics Report (PAR)z.
  • Manage Aspire’s active and historical contracts database and work with the business development team to classify contract types.
  • Confirm compliance with internal policies, procedures, and billing systems.
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of contract databases.
  • Serving as an information resource on organizational policies related to legal and contract matters.
  • Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Reviews contractual agreements between company and partners.
  • Be able to understand the purpose, scope, and key terms of contractual agreements.
  • Review contractual agreements, paying attention to details such as parties involved, contract duration, payment terms, performance obligations, and termination clauses.
  • Perform Legal Compliance Check.
  • Perform Risk Assessment (Financial risks – Late payments; legal risk - Non-compliance with laws or contractual obligations).
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Work with all company managers to secure monthly commission reports
  • Work with Playfly payroll staff to ensure accuracy of commission reports and payouts to employees
  • Review monthly invoices
  • Input all monthly invoices into Excel/Netsuite – work with Playfly finance dept to insure accuracy in reporting

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degreein a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline is often required. Some positions may accept equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work in contracting or acquisition.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs preferred and working with sales data a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience working with dashboard development and data visualization.

Travel, Lifting, Physical Requirements

  • This role is primarily sedentary but may require lifting, standing and walking around offices during site visits.
  • Occasional travel to FRMC sites.
