Position Summary:
The E-commerce Live Streaming Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing live streaming e-commerce activities on TikTok. This role involves setting up and operating live stream sessions, planning content, analyzing performance data, and optimizing the sales process in real-time. The coordinator will work closely with live stream hosts, product teams, and brand partners to ensure the effective promotion of products. A key focus of this role is to drive revenue through data-driven insights and strategic content management.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the on-site management and operations of live streaming e-commerce on TikTok, including setting up live stream rooms, planning and executing live stream sessions, identifying and highlighting product selling points, analyzing live stream data, controlling the flow of live sessions, and managing sales rhythm.
  • Oversee the daily operations of TikTok live stream hosts, including tracking revenue data, conducting post-event reviews, and performing data analysis for each broadcast. Develop and implement optimization plans based on these insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce products, including their key selling points and characteristics. Refine product explanations, create scripts for live stream hosts, research user profiles, and provide product optimization recommendations to product and brand partners based on live stream outcomes.
  • Be data-driven, monitoring real-time audience data during live streams, providing immediate feedback to on-site hosts, and adjusting sales rhythm and content to maximize live stream revenue.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and customers.
  • A proactive learner with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • High levels of coordination and adaptability to manage changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, with a strong aptitude for handling disputes and emergencies.
  • Strong interest in the e-commerce live streaming industry, with a keen ability to learn and stay updated on industry trends and developments. Familiarity with short videos, TikTok, and other overseas social media platforms is essential.
