Job Summary:

The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator position is responsible for providing exceptional and engaging partner experience to our dealer partners and internal team members. Your primary responsibilities support our dealer partners by functioning as a go-between for the accurate and timely coordination of our dealer insurance requirements. You will serve as the day-to-day liaison between Kinetic Advantage and our collateral protection business partner. In addition, you will assist with the execution of prioritized strategic initiatives for Kinetic Advantage. This will include varied types of analysis, process design and implementation, and administration of programs of strategic importance to the company. The ideal candidate for this role will have phenomenal organizational and communications skills, both verbally and written, as well as the ability to ensure that our processes and communications are highly accurate, timely and customer oriented.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage’s products, policies and procedures relative to assigned areas

· Receive and review insurance policy documents from our dealer partners for compliance with Kinetic Advantage’s collateral protection requirements

· Effectively communicate requirements regarding insurance and compliance with an inexperienced audience

· Ensure timely delivery of automated collateral protection enrollment notifications

· Act as the day-to-day liaison between Kinetic Advantage and our collateral protection business partner regarding claims and other issues

· Perform tasks associated with various strategic initiatives as requested including analysis, coordination and administration of programs.

· Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Familiarity with concepts and terminology used in the commercial automotive insurance or financial services industry

· 1+ years related experience in collateral protection within either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry, or within commercial auto insurance sales preferred

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time

· Must be able to communicate clearly

· Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office environment

· Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
