The Public Relations Development Coordinator position will manage and coordinate projects associated with member engagement initiatives, young professionals network and new member cultivation and growth. The Public Relations Development Coordinator is a multi-faceted job function that requires resourcefulness, initiative, creative thought, the ability to work independently and more. To be successful, the candidate must:

  • Work with the team to plan, develop and coordinate in-person and virtual events
  • Communicate with members to better understand engagement initiatives through marketing, social media and website
  • Work with team to create/implement resources and events for young professionals networks
  • Manage and create monthly e-newsletter, as well as assist with copy for quarterly magazine
  • Maintain and update website
  • Interact with and educate business leaders (members/prospects) on the benefits of membership
  • Support managing director responsible for running the business unit
  • Think strategically and possess the ability to implement solutions where needed
  • Travel
