Summary:

Arcamed is seeking a skilled Marketing professional to support our continued growth and long-term strategic goals. To be successful in this role, you must be able to confidently gather, analyze, and interpret data to enhance our Marketing presence. Additionally, this individual will be asked to offer guidance and implementation of suggested improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a successful Go-To-Market strategy using analyses of market size, trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and improve messaging, conducting a comprehensive market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and continuous evaluation of new technology, software, and techniques.
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining data in CRM (Salesforce). This includes all account information, such as new/updated contacts, decision makers, pain points, suppliers used, marketing date, etc.
  • Gather and utilize customer and market intelligence (with regular monitoring of competitors’ products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market positioning) to optimize ABM campaigns
  • Evaluate current market effectiveness, identify areas of improvement, and develop and execute an action plan.
  • Develop tracking requests and testing of marketing campaigns to ensure accurate data is captured and used to ensure continuous improvement for all marketing campaigns
  • Manage and present market and customer research, data analysis, and marketing and customer insights with suggested action items.
  • Manage and strengthen the Arcamed brand.
  • Feed the Business Development team with strategic guidance on the type, frequency, and content of messaging.
  • Assist the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Management of overall Arcamed budget – this includes monitoring expenses, maintaining allotted budget, and suggesting updates to current budget.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field and at least 5 years’ experience in Strategic Marketing. Candidates without a degree are still eligible with at least 7 years’ experience in Strategic Marketing.
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing, business operations, and operational performance data.
  • Ability to think creatively, innovate, and problem solve.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced ability to effectively communicate in writing and prepare statistical models, data analysis, and analytical reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
