Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies and plans that support the company's goals and objectives.

  • Prepare and distribute earnings releases, financial statements, annual reports, and other financial disclosures.

  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with investor relations software and tools is a plus.
