They specialize in Real Estate, Private Equity and Debt. The firm focuses on opportunities in hotel properties across the US.


Investor Relations experience is a necessity, along with a good understanding of the alternatives. A background in Real Estate would be preferred but not essential. You must have a passion for the industry, be willing to learn and a strong team player, as well as comfortable carrying out presentations to investors, fund managers etc. A rolodex is not required. However, a history speaking, meeting and cultivating relationships with LP's, specifically institutions, would be really beneficial.


The ideal candidate would have the following background:


  • 2–7 years experience in Investor Relations / Capital Raising
  • Background in Real Estate, Private Equity, Credit, Hedge Funds, Real Assets.
  • Ideally, have a strong educational background, including professional qualifications or equivalent
