Residential Services Coordinator

Summary: The Residential Service Coordinator provides personal attention and manages homes for permanent residents/homeowners; serves as the primary liaison between homeowners, property association and the Club’s various internal departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides personal attention and oversees all maintenance requirements for homeowners.
  • Serves as key liaison between homeowners and various Club departments and the POA.
  • Understands and executes association guidelines and provides support to the Community Association General Manager.
  • Communicates timely and effectively with all homeowners to answer questions, resolve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Establishes a relationship with all new homeowners and completes a new homeowner orientation.
  • Creates and maintains work orders, weekly reports, home care reports, invoices, and other applicable correspondence.
  • Establishes long-term relationships with vendors and maintains preferred vendor list.
  • Provides homeowners with recommendations for maintaining homes to Trump National Jupiter’s standards.
  • Coordinates service repairs for individual homeowners and manages vendor activity.
  • Completes weekly exterior inspections on all whole ownership homes on property.
  • Facilitates with Engineering to successfully complete hurricane preparations for all private homes.
  • Manages and implements vacant home care interior inspections and collaborates with necessary departments and/or vendors for follow-up recommendations.
  • Maintains a current manual of all departmental forms and form letters.
  • Adheres to all Club policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of the club.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
