Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team in successfully recruiting candidates for all open positions across DRMP with a focus in construction engineering services and surveying.

*This role will be based in our Orlando, FL office.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include·       Liaison with internal departments to determine recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.·       Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.·       Manage full recruiting and onboarding life cycle of employees.·       Assist with overseeing/supervising talent acquisition staff as needed.·       Conduct resume searches through websites (LinkedIn, social media, and job boards).·       Assist with the development of employment offers.·       Assist with placing and tracking advertisements on job boards, college resource centers, websites and trade magazines, etc.·       Conduct and coordinate resume review and schedules for interviews.·       Assist with research on additional resources for advertisement opportunities.·       Assist with coordinating College Career Fairs (applications, attendees, etc.); Participate in College Career Fairs.
What you'll need·       2-5 years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience, specifically within the A/E/C industry.·       Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; human resources or related major preferred.·       Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of construction services and survey field positions within the A/E/C industry.·       Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality.·       Leadership capabilities.·       Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.·       Ability to work with others and communicate effectively at all staff levels.·       Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).·       Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook a must·       Detail-oriented with strong organization skills·       Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting·       Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel.·       Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
