We are looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team

Requirements:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the contract and ensure the tasks and requirements contained within this PWS are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for addressing contract issues, quality issues, and overall Contractor performance.
  • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative / Task Order (COR/COR-TO) to resolve any issues that may arise, trends relating to this contract, proposed changes, or modifications to this contract.
  • Utilizes effective communications skills with all levels of management. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities.
  • Meets and confers with technical personnel regarding the status of specific contractor activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution.
  • Manges task and supervises personnel. Ensures that the team provides current information and information is accurate and directly related to subject matter.
  • Understands and applies knowledge of the principles and methodologies associated with program management, contractor management, and financial management.
  • Applies experience and knowledge in subcontractor management, quality assurance metrics and techniques, and configuration management tools.
  • Ensures team and contract documentation is accurate, and complete with valid and supportable justification for recommended results. Transactions are accurately entered within scheduled timeframes.
  • Ensures documents are professionally written, thorough, on schedule and represents valid information.
  • Manages lines of effort to stay within schedules and quality of work meet or exceed acceptable quality level.
  • Provides recommendations for execution strategies that are relevant and effective. Reports are accurate and complete.


Requirements:


  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience including a Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP certified
  • A high degree of knowledge and skill to oversee the day-to-day activities, reporting, personnel hiring/removal, and government communication.
