RSC2 is seeking a Program Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will serve as the Lead and is responsible for the overall direction and management of all activities, ensuring program execution is within defined performance, cost, and schedule parameters.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the integrated workflow across company and programmatic functions is efficient including problem solving issues that span multiple functions.
  • Ensures the program management reviews are consistently executed.
  • Actively engages to resolve business and management issues that become obstacles against efficient business operations, growth and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate shall have knowledge/expertise in support of the State and Local business and other Civilian agencies.
  • This position currently reports directly to the Director of Operations and will work closely with all members of the leadership team in support of program operations.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and Minimum of 6 years of experience, including some management experience (4 years experience may be substituted for degree)
  • Substantial experience working across a portfolio of contracts and programs of sizes relevant to the scale of the company
  • Business acumen that includes a fundamental knowledge of contracts, human resources, talent acquisition, finance, security and contracts as needed to execute a program of work.


Work Location: Remote with travel requirements based on customers needs

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance

Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
