About The Role

The Sr. Sales Development Representative position supports the new business growth of Accusoft. Specifically cold calling, prospecting and working alongside Senior Account Executives to close enterprise prospects. The role is a hunting role responsible for prospecting, generating leads, moving leads down the funnel, working MQLs, making sales calls, continuously updating the CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful in this role you should be able to work independently as well as collaborate with Senior Account Executives to close deals, marketing to generate pipeline and product teams providing feedback. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive outbound cold-calling sales plan to meet/exceed established lead quota and new business quota. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue to grow their career as an Account Executive.

Ways You Will Contribute to Our Collective Success

  • Develop a comprehensive outbound outreach plan for cold prospects.
  • Cold call up to 100 cold prospects per day.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead, MQL, and tied sales quotas.
  • Move owned leads from the top of the funnel through a well-formed plan down to MQL/SQL.
  • Obtain expert knowledge on all products and services offered by Accusoft.
  • Build an addressable database using multiple prospecting methods such as phone calls, social media, and email.
  • Keep a well-maintained CRM record for each lead, prospect, or opportunity with each assigned lead or account.
  • Attend networking activities or trade shows to build prospect databases or find new opportunities.
  • Become an expert user of the quoting tools.
  • Quote and close deals less than $500.
  • Negotiate using value and consultative selling methods.
  • Deliver an effective 30 second elevator pitch.
  • Appropriately communicate prospective client and client feedback back to product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Understand and be able to articulate assigned metrics and status against those metrics.
  • Draft a territory plan, adapt sales pitches, create presentations, and give input on reference material and other documents as required.

The Background and Experience You Need to Support Success

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or related field
  • B2B experience in corporate management and sales process environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sr. SDR or emerging new business Account Executive
