PAMHC is seeking one Clinical Supervisor/Therapist to oversee the clinical staff in our Storm Lake, Ida Grove, and Spirit Lake locations and provide therapy on a limited basis. Base office to be determined.

Pay Range:

$82,000 to $92,000 depending on experience.

Position Summary: Provide both clinical and administrative supervision duties for locations and assigned clinicians. Engages with community members, partnership agencies, schools and other entities as needed to consult on cases, provide education and increase awareness of services and mental health topics. Performs psychotherapy and brief counseling to the clients in an outpatient setting; caseload and direct service is a percentage of total time dependent on number of supervisees, administrative, and program needs. Provide emergency services and interventions as needed. Assists in grant writing, quality assurance activity and other administrative duties per assignment of Chief Program Officer - Clinical Services.

Requirements:

  • Independent licensure (LISW, LMHC, LMFT) and 3 years’ experience to provide supervision for licensure to temporary licensed clinicians

  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual a plus, but not required

  • Supervision experience and required certification preferred
