This Regional Operations Manager position earns a competitive salary of $80,000 plus up to $30,000 in bonuses, for an annual salary over $100,000. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Regional Operations Manager

In this Management position, you are the lynchpin of our organization, coordinating the people and things we need in order to paint houses. You monitor the daily activities, performance, and workload of your team. Under your excellent leadership, they take pride in their work. Your style of management fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust. With the goal of operating safely and efficiently, you create, implement, and monitor company procedures.

You schedule and manage team members and all tasks involved with completing jobs. Using your organizational skills, you assess and allocate company resources, including labor, trucks, sprayers, and tools. Always the team player, you are comfortable coordinating with other departments when assigning jobs to team members and monitoring the number of hours worked by your painting crew. Each day is fulfilling as you lead your team to success


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Regional Operations Manager

  • 5+ years as a manager of a team of 10+ people
  • Clear understanding of job-site safety
  • Knowledge about paint products and techniques (on the job training is available to gain this knowledge)

A background in construction, property management, HVAC/plumbing, or related fields would be helpful but is not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you effectively prioritize and delegate multiple tasks? Would you be able to give clear instructions and guidance to your team? Can you represent our company in a professional manner? Do you enjoy coaching and mentoring others? If so, you might just be perfect for this Regional Operations Manager position


WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time Manager position typically works Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, but calls can be expected whenever team members are working. This position is typically performed on the road, versus sitting in an office.
