With a 45 Acre complex in Oklahoma City, supplying over 160 locations, Locke is a premium supplier in the Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC markets.

The Right Fit

We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for Collections. High Character is the Core of Locke Supply Culture. This position will be based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or two years of experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently when needed, but also able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ability to learn new computer systems
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn and try new things

What are the responsibilities?

The following sets forth the primary responsibilities for this position but is not exhaustive:

  • Contacting customers and or sales associates concerning their early past due balances
  • Collections of past due accounts within Locke Supply with varying levels of delinquent amounts
  • Take payments from customers on outstanding accounts.
  • Clearly communicate with customers
  • Advise customers of the next steps in the collections process
  • Work with the outside collectors within the company
  • Work independent and as a part of the collection team
