What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team in Glendale, CA. We’re looking for a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about tax and accounting. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and possess a solid foundation in tax regulations and accounting principles. What You'll Do


As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and overseeing tax engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Supervising and reviewing the work of associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Analyzing complex tax issues and applying your knowledge to provide solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Coordinating various phases of tax engagements, from planning through execution.
  • Staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and applying this knowledge to client work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a tax or accounting role.
  • CPA license or progress towards licensure.
  • Familiarity with ASC 740, SSAP 101, Form 1120-PC, and Form 1120-L is preferred but not required.

Additional Information

This position involves working both in our office and at client locations, which may require occasional travel using your personal vehicle. While moderate overtime is a possibility throughout the year, peak periods may require additional hours to meet engagement deadlines.
