Candela Systems is a fast-paced electrical contracting firm that specializes in energy conservation. We are looking for someone who is an eager, self-starter that enjoys staying busy, helping others and wants to continually grow.  This is an in-person, in-office position in which you will be supporting the company's 4 stakeholders:


  • President (bid coordinating, organizing calendar, booking travel arrangements, tracking & renewing his electrical licenses, scheduling his electrical license CEUs, tracking & renewing company business licenses, etc.)
  • Vice President (basic HR functions such as preparing conference room for interviews, interview & new hire packets & personnel files, monitoring PPE & company apparel - ordering as needed, coordinating & be point person for company trainings & general meetings, etc.)
  • Finance Manager (printing employee time sheets & chasing field personnel for their missing time sheets, filing invoices, possibly entering invoices into accounting system, etc.)
  • In-house Project Manager/Project Team (electronic & physical filing of project details, ordering project permits, researching project equipment making travel arrangements, etc.)


In addition to supporting these 4 individuals, you will also be responsible for basic office operations such as ordering office supplies, coordinating with vendors ensuring office technology is running efficiently - copier, internet, WiFi, etc.


Training provided. Room for advancement.


Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Must be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams & One Drive

Must be HIGHLY organized
