We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Non-Profit Event Coordinator with a focus on direct marketing to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute non-profit events to achieve fundraising and awareness goals.
    • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless event logistics.
    • Manage all aspects of event execution, from check-in to exit.
  • Direct Marketing:
    • Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize participant involvement.
    • Utilize traditional marketing, to promote campaigns and engage potential donors.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for team improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with overall organizational goals.
    • Communicate effectively with donors, leaders, and administration to ensure everyone is well-informed and engaged in the event planning process.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong desire to contribute to community causes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Weekly pay basis including base salary and commissions.
  • Health, dental and eye benefits provided.
