A little about who we are looking for

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Position Overview:

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is an important member of our Food and Drink Leadership team and is responsible for ensuring that guests visiting can enjoy a dining experience that is exemplary. This role oversees all aspects of the Dining Rooms, including training and supervising the Server and Bartender Teams.

A little about what you will bring

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be one of our shining Food and Drink Enthusiasts ensuring that the team at Canopy Boston Downtown is living and leading by the example our Positively Yours Culture.

A little about what you will experience

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who works at one of our fabulous hotels can participate in Hilton’s discounted room rate program.

That same Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be eligible for education assistance following the completion of their first EPIC year of service.

Once on board we want you here for the long haul so the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be encouraged to enroll in our health benefits program.
