Site Development Coordinator

The Site Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting during the site development and construction close-out phases of development. They will collaborate with both the construction team in the field and the engineering teams to ensure timely construction of projects.

The role involves

  • Collaborating with teams
  • Coordinating with local jurisdictions
  • Managing technical documents related to construction
  • Tracking project progress
  • Coordinating inspections
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Supporting meetings and milestones

The ideal candidate should have

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience
  • A background in construction, engineering, or related fields
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and anticipate project needs
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoDesk or BIM360) is beneficial
  • Limited travel may be required
