Job Title: Site Acquisition Project Manager

Location: Athens, OH

Pay Range: $ 38-43/hr (W2 Contract)
 

What’s the Job?


Manage Site Acquisition Activities: Oversee all site acquisition activities, including audits, RFDS reviews, and coordination with engineering teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals are accurate and timely.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring contract requirements and project timelines are met.
Project Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.


What’s Needed?


Experience: Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition, with experience in small cell/new build projects preferred.
Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or certifications such as Real Estate License, PE, or Law Degree.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering requirements, regulatory processes, and site acquisition documentation.
Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication to coordinate with various stakeholders.
