Summary

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Demonstration Manager to join our team We’re seeking an individual with a passion for food and customer service, who is eager to collaborate with our team and share their knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail, leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate our products to customers in the store. If you have a knack for food, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you


Day to Day


Create a unique customer experience to increase product awareness and build customer loyalty by creating product demonstrations in the store. This position will engage in conversation with our customers and capture demo results and report all pertinent information. We want to hear and learn about success stories, key learnings, and other activities. This position will be responsible for building a team to grow our demonstrations.


The position schedule is either Wednesday - Sunday or Thursday - Monday.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a food-related retail setting
  • Demonstrated success in engaging customers and promoting products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Ability to plan, develop, implement and assess systems for efficient and productive operations
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Commitment to superior customer service and to providing the highest qualify shopping experience possible
  • Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment where teamwork and constant communication is essential

  • Ability to use computer keyboard, monitor, mouse, telephone, and various office equipment continuously.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand or walk for6-8 hours without rest.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs or ladder.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height frequently.
  • Ability to talk and hear to communicate with customers.
  • Finger and hand dexterity with ability to grasp and hold items of different sizes.
  • Vision ability – close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Ability to read register screen and product and shelf labels
