Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective Business to Business clients and present commercial insurance proposals to attract new customers.
  • Develop and implement an acquisition plan in conjunction with the agency management to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Monitor progress against goals at regular intervals so that adjustments can be made, and goals can be achieved.
  • Deepen relationships with existing agency clients and develop opportunities for additional product sales.
  • Adhere to all agency guidelines and business procedures and work effectively with other agency personnel.

Requirements
  • Strong desire for financial success.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Ability to build relationships and identify centers of influence.
  • Effective communication and people skills with a positive, winning attitude
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required as part of a hiring agreement.
  • Minimum 5 years prior business to business sales experience is preferred.
