OPSAM Health provides a variety of comprehensive health services, including primary care services, mental health, pediatrics and other specialty services. Additionally, OPSAM Health offers a range of supportive services to help patients better access the care they need, such as providing on-site language services, transportation, and financial counseling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides administrative skills and knowledge to support the Executive Team. Maintains confidentiality of clinic information and establishes and maintains working relationships with associates in other departments. Performs task with a substantial amount of interruptions throughout the day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle phone calls and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidential files and records for the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare board meeting packet
  • Prepare board and other executive team meeting minutes as directed by the CEO
  • Prepare conference rooms and oversee meeting arrangements, such as food and technical support services, as instructed
  • Ensure timely flow of communication from CEO and the Executive Management
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications as directed by the CEO.
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries for the CEO and other Key executives.
  • Support the CEO in monitoring and managing budgets related to the administrative office.
  • May perform general reception duties
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, faxing, mailing
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

SALARY RANGE: $28.00 – 32.00/Hr (based on experience)
