Do you love working with kids? Are you passionate about mental health? Then Shodair is looking for you


As an MHT, you will provide support to children in their day-to-day lives while maintaining a safe environment and utilizing therapeutic communication skills. You will use patient diagnosis/problems/needs and the treatment plan to help other unit staff guide care for each child in an individualized manner.


The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Can remain calm in stressful situations
  • Is self-directed
  • Is looking for a meaningful career
  • Can maintain appropriate boundaries

Full time and part time availability. This position is eligible for shift differentials and our incentive program.

Requirements:

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE;

  • Required education and experience— High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older.
  • Preferred education and experience—Some experience working with children or in a healthcare setting.
