Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The

successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and working alongside our

PEO servicer, ADP TotalSource and our People Operations team to ensure smooth and effective human

resources operations.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• PEO Collaboration

Work closely with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) service, ADP TotalSource, to

manage HR tasks, including but not limited to benefits administration, FMLA/Leave, workman

comp claims, unemployment claims, and HR compliance items.

• Payroll Management

Process payroll accurately and on time

Verify timesheets, deductions, and other payroll-related data to ensure accuracy.

Adress payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handles all patient & employee incident management and reporting.

Compiles and generates reports required for various regulatory and compliance purposes such

as EEO-1, OSHA, and ACA reporting.

Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

401k administration and management.

Other duties as assigned by COO or CPO.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in human resources roles with demonstrated proficiency in incident

management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance.

• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

• Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
