Position Overview:
The Site Manager provides operational and employee management of specified site. The Site Manager ensures financial accountability, productivity, efficiency, and quality care delivery. Collaborates with other Site Managers, department managers and teams to ensure positive patient and staff outcomes. The Site Manager is supported by and reports to the Director of Operations. The Site Manager embraces the concepts of Business Sustainability, Employee Development, Efficiency, and Quality as support of CHCWM’s strategic vision. Responsible along with key management for enhancing corporate relationships with hospital systems and referring offices.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field is preferred.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in organization and quality care improvement by identifying, researching, and proposing change that has a positive effect on outcomes and profitability whether by gained efficiency or improved services. Communicate with Director of Operations about all significant front office issues, organizational problems, concerns or ideas.
2. Promote and provide an environment that facilitates professional development of staff and team building. Manage employee performance, competencies, and adherence to policies and procedures. Involve Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources as necessary and in the event of employee suspension or termination.
3. Assume other responsibilities as found appropriate by Director of Operations.
4. All other duties as assigned.
