  • Assist clients with property acquisition, sales, and leasing processes, including negotiations and transaction management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide guidance on real estate financing options and assist clients in securing loans or mortgages.
  • Stay informed about local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Qualifications:
