We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in a timely manner

- Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures

- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
