MS Aerospace is seeking a skilled Visual Quality Inspector to join our team in the Quality/Inspection department.

Job Summary:

The Visual Quality Inspector will be responsible for visually inspecting parts for any imperfections and rejecting unacceptable material and/or product according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually inspect parts for any imperfections and reject unacceptable material and/or product according to specifications.
  • Move inspected parts to designated areas when required.
  • Oversee daily functions in the department.
Requirements:
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs and moving 40 lbs pans with dollies.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Inspection experience a plus.
  • Ability to read a micrometer and caliper a plus.
Working Conditions:

The Visual Quality Inspector will work in a machine shop environment with repetitive hand motions and will be required to sit for most of the time.

Success Factors:
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills a plus.
  • Understanding of the importance of material flow- constant and steady.
