The right candidate will perform first article inspections, in process inspections, and final inspections. The quality inspector will also visually check for damaged parts and assure all requirements and documentation is in order and prepare non-conformance reports as needed. The inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the quality standards through precision measuring, collection of data, and premier inspections. Your expertise and ability to analyze and interpret data is a crucial part in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence.

- MUST HAVE 2-5 YEARS OF AEROSPACE, MACHINE-SHOP EXPERIENCE

- CMM & Portable CMM/arm experience using Verisurf is required

- Mastercam experience

- Must have experience with inspecting aerospace parts

- CMM programming and machining background

- Must be able to read or interpret Engineering drawings/print

- Thorough knowledge of dimension and tolerance as required by in-house and or customer drawings

- First Article, In-process and Final inspection

- Proficient in the use of micrometers, digital height gages, comparators, pin gage, bore gages and other metrology instruments

- Strong shop math background

- Creating appropriate records of inspection activities

- Must have worked in AS9100 certified environment

- Intermediate level computer proficiency including e-mail, Word, Excel and Adobe PDF

- Must have initiative and able to work independently as well as be a team player.
