The Parts Support associate is responsible for assisting the parts and service department in pulling and providing parts to technicians.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to technicians in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Pick and pull all requested parts accurately and dispatch parts to technicians.
- Upon delivery of parts to work stall, pick up and log any return warranty parts and return them to the parts department.
- Ensure all areas of parts department are fully stocked.
- Ensure cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of trash, used boxes and packing material.
- Adhere to factory warranty policies in regards to retaining parts and documentation used to complete warranty repairs.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related role preferred
