We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing various types of projects ranging from construction and systems integration projects to professional services/FTE staffing contracts. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and empowering teams and maintaining a collaborative and productive team environment. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Government Contracting: Manage and oversee government contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Construction/Systems Installation Project Management: Oversee construction and systems installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Professional Services/Staffing Contract Project Management: Supervise and manage the delivery of professional services and Full Time Employee (FTE) staffing contracts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving mission objectives. Collaborate with our recruiting team to identify the right resources. Build teams and maintain strong communication and support to ensure strong performance.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Manage team performance, provide feedback, and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to customers, senior management, and other stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on government contracting, construction, and/or professional services/staffing contracts.
  • Current active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance is preferred. At minimum, must have ability to obtain clearance with the federal government in the future (if required).
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage and empower teams.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Excel and other standard Office365 products, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in government contracting.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred but not required.
