Office Administrator

Oversee/perform daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office. Excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Communicate with accounting and HR department at the headquarters in California to prepare payroll, to manage correspondence and for account payable.
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff as well as sorting and distributing mail and preparing documents.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies, furniture, appliances and electronics as needed.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Reporting office progress to supervisor and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Making logistical arrangements for meetings, events or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentals
- Running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external parties
- Performs other related duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS
Two to three years' experience in an office setting with management background
MENTAL, PHYSICAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
White-collar office environment with warehouse area
WORKPLACE TEMPERATURE
Typical office and small warehouse
WORK CONDITIONS
Office environment.
