Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondence.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  • Coordinate with providers and medical staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

Patient Support:

  • Provide information about our services and answer inquiries from patients.
  • Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Ascend providers, medical staff, and other team members to provide excellent patient care and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive etc..).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
