Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Interact with potential buyers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.

Sales Process: Lead customers through the sales process, providing information, test drives, and assistance in vehicle selection.

Client Support: Offer ongoing support to customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and models to better assist customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, service, and finance to coordinate efforts and provide seamless customer service.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership's overall success and growth.


Requirements

Previous Sales Experience: Preferably in the automotive industry but not required.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and customer expectations.

Professionalism: Present yourself in a polished and professional manner at all times.

Positive Attitude: Approach every interaction with enthusiasm and positivity.

Valid Driver's License: With a clean driving record.
