As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will get the opportunity to explore the property and interact with guests, Kona Kai members, marina tenants and team members. Our loss prevention team works on ensuring the safety of our guests, members, marina tenants and team members through loss prevention and patrols as well as safety and security initiatives. Our loss prevention officers use their expertise to ensure our environment is free from hazards and security measures are in place. Our Loss Prevention Officers are service-oriented professionals with the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime

To be successful in this position, we're looking for someone who thrives on interacting with guests, members, marina tenants and team members and enjoys providing a safe and secure environment. This role requires good communication and organizational skills, honesty and the desire to take care of others.

Kona Kai San Diego Offer

In return, you are rewarded with a competitive compensation package including competitive pay, pay before payday and free meals. This position starts at $21 per hour.

Requirements:

Good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Schedule flexibility, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
