Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee facility maintenance projects, from initial planning through execution and completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate the dispatching of technicians and resources to various job sites, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize software platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, and others to track and manage work orders, monitor project progress, and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technicians, sales, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, service agreements, reports, and other related materials, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management within the facility maintenance industry, with a focus on servicing nationwide customers in restaurant and retail spaces.
- Strong proficiency in software platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, and other work order management systems.
- Experience with Outlook and other communication tools for efficient collaboration and coordination.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and safety standards.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and relevant industry certifications (e.g., pest control, fire protection) are a plus.
