Key Responsibilities:- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of facilities management professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including utilities and energy savings programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and other regulatory bodies.
- Performance Management: Supervise work performance and prepare performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
- Facilities Development: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the construction and development of physical facilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of responsibility at a director level in areas of engineering, maintenance, and construction in a healthcare institution.
- Skills: Proficiency in CMMS Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare building mechanical, structural, and electrical systems. Knowledge and expertise in NFPA, TJC, CMS, DNV, EPA, and OSHA codes and regulations.
