Duties

About Us:

Job Purpose:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining your stores standards while setting you and your team up for future growth. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager in every aspect of your store’s day-to-day operation and plans for future success. You’ll play a major role in upholding the standard for amazing customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales.

Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must:
-Exhibit a high emotional need to succeed and align 100% with our Values.

-Have prior Bicycle Retail experience and strong organizational time management skills.
-Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy.
-Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with your schedule, always remaining open to learning and continuous improvement.

THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT 2 LOCATIONS (NAPLES and SOUTH NAPLES)

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Schedule:
·38-40 hours per week.
·5 days per week
·Weekday and weekend shifts
·8+ hour shifts

THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (NAPLES and SOUTH NAPLES).
