Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, promoting a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and other KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising standards that are aligned with the company's brand and vision.
- Ensure that the store complies with all company policies and procedures while taking responsibility as if it were your P&L.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in retail management with goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, executing with business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Salary-$60,000 + per year
There are additional monthly bonuses when the store reaches monthly goals.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a retail sales setting
- Retail Store Leadership role
- You are proficient in the English language
- If you work retail, you know you must be available: Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
- Associate Degree preferred
