Stratton Amenities is a national luxury hospitality company that specializes in front desk operations and amenity management for the multifamily industry. We are currently in search of a superb leader to join our growing team in the Northeast region.

The Concierge Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall regional concierge operations; driving daily operational excellence and client satisfaction.


The Operations Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, budget management, overtime management, site call outs and coverage, uniforms, weekly and monthly reporting, and employee management initiatives working in cooperation with the Leadership Team members. The Manager of Operations is rated by his/her performance through the measurements of successful operations on his assigned sites.
The Manager of Operations is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and attends all strategy meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Client communication and satisfaction
  • Budget and overtime management
  • Responsible for site call outs and vacation coverage
  • Uniforms
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • Employee management initiatives
  • Employee performance reviews and coaching
  • Training new team members
  • Interviewing and hiring new team members
  • Communication and facilitate the implementation of new policies
  • Overall support and communication with all team members and clients
  • Ensure regular site visits and inspections
  • Recognize and reward positive behaviors of site associates
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and property managers
  • Live our company mission and core values

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in hospitality management
  • Experience leading and coaching associates
  • Team building and employee management experience
  • Five or more years of experience working in a professional services environment
  • Luxury hospitality experience is a preferred.
  • Managing Multiple locations preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the Northeast region
  • At least an intermediate level of proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
