Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you the best roofer on your crew and want to be paid like you are?

Are you the master of the brake?

Do you have the skills to be the foreman, but do not want the long hot days on the roof?

We are looking for skilled repair techs to add to our team with the opportunity to get paid, and not have any more grueling 12-hour days stuck on the roof.

Job Duties:

  • Repair and install roofing, siding, and gutters
  • Working with metal brake for installation of fascia and trim
  • Diagnose and repair roof leaks
  • Taking required job photos throughout the process
  • Verifying jobs are being done correctly, per code and manufacturer specs
  • Pick up, drop off and return of materials and supplies

Requirements:

  • Must have good communication skills with customers and peers
  • Able to access multi story/steep roofs and comfortable walking them
  • Must be willing to work Monday- Saturday in peak season
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing roofing leaks & roofing installation
  • Experience installing and repairing siding
  • Experience installing windows and skylights
  • Residential and Commercial Experience
  • Carpentry and/or Handyman Experience is a plus

Work Area:

  • Clock in/out at either North Canton or North Olmsted office (depending on your address and what is more convenient for you). Pay is shop to shop, clock in in the morning, complete daily tasks and get paid until you return to the shop to clock out.
  • Our business spans across northeast Ohio and will provide work closest to your respective office location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
