We are a growing Property Management Company in the Atlanta area that currently own and manages many multifamily residential communities in the Atlanta area. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of a Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC and have 2 years supervisory experience. We offer a bonus structure based on property performance. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. Weekend work and availability is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire all maintenance staff, including Maintenance Technicians, Housekeepers and Groundskeepers.
  • Ensure all maintenance staff are properly trained and in compliance with Fair Housing, liability courses and required certifications.
  • Enforcement and compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and completion of all work-orders, property repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain an accurate maintenance shop inventory and keep track of parts, tools and supplies.
  • Routinely inspect entire grounds and structures for repairs and compliance with company standards and applicable laws and codes.
  • Maintain all property and employee records per company policy.
  • Coordinate maintenance staffing for on-call, emergency and routine coverage.
  • Maintain neat, orderly, and safe shop and storages.  Maintain safe working conditions.
  • Review and submit payables.
  • Creating and operating within a maintenance budget.
  • On-Call Required.


Additional duties may be assigned by the Area/Regional Manager.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 2+ years or more of maintenance or related experience preferred.  Other maintenance related certifications may be required.
  • Proficient in computer and communication skills.
  • Preferred Bi-Lingual
  • HVAC certification
