Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Hanover's Maintenance and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Conduct regular property walks to identify and address potential liabilities and issues.
  • Complete required logs and reports using property management software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing property operations, including make readies, in-house duties, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Complete service requests, make readies, and inspections in a timely manner.
  • Follow all safety programs implemented by Hanover and local/state policies.
  • Represent Hanover professionally through dress and behavior, responding to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, with a lifting belt required.
  • Personal set of tools required.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment.
