Responsibilities:
Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 3+ years of experience to join our client's team in Roseville, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize and expand your full-cycle accounts receivable skills in a high-volume environment, get involved with acquisition and system implementations, and grow your career. Experience with heavy deductions, reconciliations, and analysis of the AR aging report is essential to success in this role. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to increase your accounting expertise within GAAP. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or MS Dynamics 365) is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate application of daily cash receipts
- Research and accounting for customer trade and non-trade deductions
- Coordinate with sales representatives, brokers, and customers regarding deduction activity
- Manage customer aging balances to meet KPI goals
- Prepare deduction packages for approval
- Prepare and process broker commission payments
- Process credit memos as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Perform reconciliations and in-depth analysis of the AR aging report
- Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and compliance with GAAP
- Utilize systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Maintain high attention to detail
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounts receivable
- Experience in high-volume AR environments with heavy deductions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite
