The main focus of the Customer Service Associate position is customer satisfaction and professional development along the way.

This position will initiate and implement customer service and sales support as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained daily. It is an on-site role and Customer Service Associates are responsible for speaking to customers in person.

Duties of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
  • Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise.
  • Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales orders with high-level accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly to the Sales Representative team on goals and progress.
  • Assist in orientations if promoted into Training or Leadership Positions.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Key Requirements of a Customer Service Associate Candidate:

  • Prior customer service experience in a bonus but not required since we do provide full training
  • Be able to answer any and all customer inquiries.
  • Open to a flexible work schedule.
  • Candidates must be over eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
